Don Zhang Ph.D.

Don Zhang, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Louisiana State University and director of the Personnel Assessment and Applied Decision-Making (PAAM) Lab. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University. His research focuses on employee selection, personality, risk-taking at work, and science communication. His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals in the areas of psychology, management, and organizational behavior, such as the Journal of Behavioral Decision MakingApplied Psychology: An International ReviewInternational Journal of Selection and AssessmentPersonality and Individual Differences, and others.
