Camille Preston Ph.D.

Camille Preston, Ph.D. is a psychologist, the founder and CEO of AIM Leadership, and the author of two books on thriving in the workplace, Rewired and Create More Flow. Her passion for supporting leaders and teams was ignited on September 11, 2001—her first day on the job at the Police Executive Research Forum. For the next three years, Preston worked with the nation’s top police executives to cultivate the resilience needed to provide steadfast leadership during the difficult time following the attacks. In 2004, Preston left to found her own executive coaching firm.   

Since founding AIM Leadership, Preston has continued to help leaders navigate challenges in today's disrupted workplace. She helps leaders break down barriers, leverage inherent strengths, and identify and deploy the tools needed to generate movement and maintain momentum.

Preston is also a partner at Blackhorn Ventures and serves on the board of directors of United South End Settlements and Cambridge Ellis School.
