Dr. Tracy Hutchinson is an academic, clinical supervisor, consultant, and psychotherapist. She currently serves on the faculty of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at The College of William & Mary. She has published in peer-reviewed academic journals and presented at numerous national and international conferences in the field of mental health.
She is licensed to practice in both New York and Florida, with areas of expertise that include narcissistic and sociopathic abuse and recovery within families and relationships, as well as mental strength, resilience, and spirituality.
Dr. Hutchinson is a contributor to Psychology Today and has been featured in national media outlets such as CNBC, ABC, and CBS News, the Associated Press, and prominent publications including Vogue, SELF, and Woman's World Magazine in the "Ask America's Experts" mental health and wellness column.
She is the author of Adult Children of High-Conflict Parents, a book focused on healing from family relational trauma—a commonly overlooked but deeply impactful issue. Her mission is to help others find freedom from hidden emotional wounds and cultivate lasting healing, self-love, and personal empowerment.
