Sarah-Nicole Bostan, Ph.D., B.C.B. is a clinical health psychologist, researcher, and digital health technology advisor. She is a thought leader in the intersection of mind-body evidence-based practices for whole health & has expertise in health behavior change principles as they relate to both clinical and normative populations. Informed by her training in acceptance and mindfulness-based approaches, heart rate variability biofeedback and psychophysiological assessment, emotion regulation, and stress, Dr. Bostan is motivated by the intersection of behavior and health technologies in order to equitably enhance wellbeing for the broadest consumer base. She has held faculty appointments at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and trained in both clinical and research work at Harvard Medical School, Stanford School of Medicine/Dept of Psychiatry, UC San Diego Medicine, and the San Diego VA Healthcare System.
