Richard Brouillette LCSW


Richard Brouillette, LCSW, is an online self-talk schema therapist working with entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals who have plateaued and are trying to overcome anxiety, find fulfillment, and improve relationships. Starting out in human rights work with survivors of torture and war trauma and trained as a trauma therapist, Brouillette also directed a community organizing program in New York City focused on keeping people motivated and creative while accomplishing authentically inspiring things together. He has published in The New York Times and his forthcoming book is Your Coping Skills Aren’t Working.
