Nancy Colier, LCSW, Rev., is a psychotherapist, interfaith minister, author, public speaker, and mindfulness teacher. A longtime student of Eastern spirituality, mindfulness practices form the ground of her work. She is the author of Can't Stop Thinking (2021), as well as The Power of Off: The Mindful Way to Stay Sane in a Virtual World (Sounds True Publishing, 2016), Inviting a Monkey to Tea: Befriending Your Mind and Discovering Lasting Contentment (Hohm Press, 2012), Getting Out of Your Own Way (Luminous Press, 2011), and the forthcoming The Emotionally Exhausted Woman.
