Nadav Klein, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at INSEAD, where he teaches core management courses to graduate business students and executive participants. He is also an adviser at Athena. His research focuses on the basic cognitive processes that affect how people make everyday decisions, process information, and evaluate others and themselves. Some of the topics include delegation, ghosting, how to introduce ourselves effectively, how to detect lies, and how to get the most out of our social networks.
