Lance Garrison, Ph.D., is dean of The Chicago School’s College of Professional Psychology. Originally on a path to be a clinician, he realized he could multiply his impact by training the next generation of psychologists. He first encountered the university as a predoctoral intern and later joined its leadership team, serving as director and dean of the Dallas Campus, helping establish the school as a regional leader.

Today, Dr. Garrison focuses on integrating programs across campuses to expand culturally competent care and access for communities nationwide. He is also exploring artificial intelligence to enhance student learning and diversify clinical experiences.
