Kimberly Key, Ph.D., is an integrative psychologist, writer, and researcher, and the creator of SoulResilience. Drawing on decades of interdisciplinary clinical, organizational, and research experience, she helps individuals, leaders, and organizations navigate burnout, trauma, systemic conflict, grief, and major life transitions in a rapidly changing and increasingly fragmented world. Her work explores the deeper conditions beneath hidden suffering, burnout, coercive control, and disconnection—bridging psychology, trauma recovery, systems thinking, and integrative health to support healing, resilience, and meaningful transformation.
Key holds a Ph.D. in health psychology, along with graduate degrees in marriage and family therapy and counseling psychology. She is the author of The Remembered Soul: Sacred Healing in a Forgetful World and Ten Keys to Staying Empowered in a Power Struggle.
