Kate Schroeder, LPC, NCC, is a licensed psychotherapist practicing in Missouri, Washington, and Oregon, specializing in depression, anxiety, complex PTSD (C-PTSD), and the lasting effects of childhood trauma. She employs affective, somatic, experiential, and psychedelic therapies to foster deep emotional healing and resilience.

As a trained Body-Centered Gestalt Psychotherapist and Three Keys Model Certified Facilitator, Kate integrates cutting-edge therapeutic frameworks into her work. She is a certified administrator and interpreter of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and has extensive training in the Enneagram system of personality typing. She is also a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist with advanced certification in Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy, as well as a Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator in Oregon. Additionally, she has training in Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which further inform her holistic, body-centered approach to restoring the mind-body-spirit connection and facilitating profound emotional integration.

As Graduate Counseling Faculty and a Clinical Supervisor in Washington and Oregon states, Kate mentors future mental health professionals. She facilitates trauma-healing groups and self-exploration workshops incorporating right-brain techniques such as visual journaling, guided imagery, art, music, and movement to access emotions beyond words and cognition.

A sought-after speaker, Kate has presented nationally on trauma recovery, somatic healing, and experiential therapies. She consults with organizations across sectors on trauma-informed care and innovative therapeutic strategies. Passionate about the intersection of psychedelics, technology, and healing, she is developing digital tools to supplement therapeutic work. She is also the author of Soul Meditations: Sound Therapy for Emotional Balancing, Chakra Alignment, and Inner Child Healing, a guided meditation program integrating experiential therapeutic exercises in digital audio format.
