Joanne Intrator M.D.
Joanne Intrator, M.D., is a practicing psychiatrist with over 40 years of experience who researches psychopathy; she published the first nuclear brain imaging study in biological psychiatry. Intrator’s memoir, Summons to Berlin, Nazi Theft and a Daughter’s Quest for Justice, outlines a nine-year challenge that required her knowledge of psychopathic and narcissistic personalities, in addition to her background as a second-generation Holocaust survivor. Before attending medical school, she worked as a story editor in film and taught at The New School.
