Jenny Grant Rankin, Ph.D., is a Mensan with two doctorates (a Ph.D. and an L.H.D.). She is a former Fulbright Specialist for the US Department of State who keynotes large conferences, writes books, writes an online column for Psychology Today, and teaches college courses. She has lectured at such institutions as the University of Cambridge (teaching the PostDoc Masterclass), the University of Oxford (St. Anne's College), and most recently, Ivy League at Columbia University (teaching a class for its SAFE Lab research initiative). She delivers keynote and plenary presentations at major conferences (over 250 presentations so far); teaches workshops for researchers, educators, federal agents, and others; and also speaks at non-academic venues (such as TED and International Comic-Con).

Dr. Rankin has written 14 nonfiction books and over 200 journal papers and articles. Dr. Rankin was honored multiple times by the U.S. White House (for example, the American flag was once flown over the White House/U.S. Capitol Building in honor of Dr. Rankin and her professional contributions). She also volunteers for Mensa, of which she is a lifetime member.
