Jaron Vesely, MSW, ASW, is a psychotherapist in Oakland, CA. His work explores the inner architecture we build to navigate our lives: patterns of competence, self-reliance, achievement, emotional restraint, and other adaptations that may serve us well for years before beginning to carry a cost.

Jaron works with adults, with a particular interest in men’s work, burnout, emotional disconnection, and the gap between understanding and actually changing. His clinical approach draws from mindfulness, somatic therapy, parts work, and EMDR.

Before becoming a therapist, Jaron spent more than two decades working across theatre, technology, coaching, and leadership development. That experience continues to inform his interest in the ways performance, usefulness, and achievement can shape how we understand ourselves and our relationships.
