About

Huong Diep, Psy.D., ABPP, is a board-certified psychologist, writer, and first-generation Vietnamese American whose work explores the intersections of culture, identity, emotional wellness, and leadership. She is especially passionate about supporting women and communities of color as they move through shame, burnout, and self-doubt toward deeper self-trust and alignment.

Dr. Diep has a particular interest in working with childfree women, whether by choice, circumstance, or ambivalence, who are navigating leadership roles and self-definition outside of traditional expectations. Her work explores the nuanced pressures childfree women often face around belonging, emotional labor, and worth, especially in professional and cultural spaces shaped by unspoken expectations.

As a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, Dr. Diep has lived, worked, and traveled to over 50 countries, and brings a deeply cross-cultural and relational lens to her work. She supports high-functioning professionals, emotionally attuned leaders, and cycle breakers who are learning to stay connected to themselves while holding space for others.

Through her writing, she offers insight, cultural nuance, and compassion for those seeking not just to cope, but to live with spaciousness, integrity, and a deeper sense of self-leadership.
