Hannah Rose LCPC
Hannah Rose, LCPC, is a therapist, consultant, and group practice owner who helps therapists build sustainable, values-driven careers.
Having personally experienced unresolved wounds before beginning her own therapy journey, Hannah understands how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for help. Through mentorship and her own therapeutic work, she discovered what true healing and self-understanding could make possible: a new way of living with clarity, compassion, and purpose.
Motivated to help others experience the same transformation, Hannah earned her undergraduate degree in psychology and a graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling. Her early post-graduate work in addiction treatment and co-occurring disorders provided deep insight into the complexity of healing and the resilience of the human spirit.
Hannah went on to found Rose Wellness Counseling, a Maryland-based virtual group practice offering trauma-informed, compassionate, and inclusive care to individuals across the state. As Rose Wellness grew into a thriving practice, Hannah’s work naturally evolved from direct clinical care to mentoring and supporting other therapists. She later founded The Thriving Practice Academy, an education and consulting platform that helps therapists launch, grow, and scale their practices with alignment, sustainability, and heart.
Today, Hannah’s passion lies in public speaking, professional development workshops, and consulting with clinicians and organizations across the country. Her work focuses on bridging the gap between clinical expertise and sustainable practice ownership, empowering therapists to lead with authenticity and abundance.
Outside of her professional life, Hannah is an avid reader (spicy fantasy is the best), devoted dog mom to her Ausiedoodle Ralph, and a lifelong learning yogi.
