George Kitsaras Ph.D., MPH, MSc, CPsychol, is a psychologist with the British Psychological Society and a research associate in behaviour change at the University of Manchester, UK. His work is funded by the Medical Research Council in the UK and focuses on bedtime routines for young children and families. His work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented in international academic conferences. He has also written articles and guides for the BBC.

George is also the co-lead of the “Behaviour change in Public Health” module of the MPH programme at the University of Manchester and he is involved in dental undergraduate teaching on help-seeking, behaviour change and psychology applied to dentistry at the Division of Dentistry at the same University.
