An internationally recognised speaker, author and mentor, Andy works with organisations worldwide to help their people build stronger, more effective professional relationships that drive performance, collaboration and growth. He is the author of six books, most recently co-authoring The Financial Times Guide to Mentoring, writes for Harvard Business Review and is a regular contributor to Psychology Today.

Andy is a Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association (PSA) and the Learning and Performance Institute, an inductee into the PSA Hall of Fame, and a former President of the PSA Fellows Community and two-time Board Member of PSA UK & Ireland. He is also a member of the Association of Business Mentors and the Society of Authors, and was a finalist for the Thinkers50 Coaching and Mentoring Award.
