Beyond academia, Dr. Young partners with industry leaders to design and evaluate culture transformation initiatives. She co-developed The BluePrint Assessment Tools, which measure leadership development and organizational change, and have been shown to enhance employee well-being, performance, and alignment with strategic goals.
