Adrian A. Fletcher (Dr. Adrienne), M.A., Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist, keynote speaker, author, and consultant known for blending clinical expertise, lived experience, and courageous truth-telling around trauma, resilience, and healing. She completed graduate training at Columbia University and the Arizona School of Professional Psychology, along with postgraduate executive education in women’s leadership through the Yale School of Management Women’s Leadership Program.
A survivor of complex trauma, familial trafficking, ritual abuse, and Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Dr. Adrienne publicly stepped forward in 2021 to challenge stigma surrounding trauma and dissociation while advocating for survivor-informed conversations within psychology and society. Prior to her integrative healing experiences, she also used the name Adrienne & Co. System to refer to her parts, which remains the name many peers within the DID community know her by.
Her work has been featured in the Los Angeles Times and USA Today, and published through the American Psychiatric Association, NAMI, Psychology Today, and This Is My Brave. She is the author of One Soul, Multiple Expressions: Poems by the Parts and The Adventures of Rockette and Coopie: A Gentle Story About Big Feelings and Brave Hearts, with paperback and audiobook editions releasing in August 2026.
Her forthcoming lived experience article, What Integration Actually Felt Like: A Psychologist’s Lived Experience of DID, has been accepted for publication by the American Psychiatric Association and will appear later this year in the Journal of Psychiatric Services.
Dr. Adrienne now focuses exclusively on keynote speaking, professional training, transformational consulting, and facilitating embodiment intensives for entrepreneurs, leaders, and high-achieving professionals rooted in resilience, healing, authenticity, and human potential.
