I was stuck in different instances in a elevator and makeshift restroom.. Both the time my immediate feeling was going nuts.. I thought I would start screaming.. Somehow I got out of both situations.. I know nothing will happen..but feel like I will run out of air or dehydrate,or feel physically restrained, which drives me mad.. What should I do at that instance to stay calm..??
