...sue & assault charges & new school or home-school. Your son should not feel he has to give in to these fools and thugs (school included). It is shameful that his school is not honoring their legal responsibility to protect your son from this (their duty of care).
You have my thoughts and prayers for your son to go on and enjoy a wonderful and happier life in his schooling years (and beyond). My best wishes to you and make the best choices for him and yourselves (as you are trying to do) - you are his best advocate - as he grows to become his own best advocate into adulthood.
Stop these happenings now or they may go on to become more serious for your son. I had to remove my son from a similar situation and we haven't looked back.
