I have been a "doing things" detailed person through out my life and in my personal and professional career as an Architect. i just finished today an outpatient PHP chronic depression / anxiety group where I was also an inpatient. I appreciate very very much your open candor and suggestions. I am following up with my physic doctor and LSW therapist. I remain caring but I will make the time to work the ongoing process and remain focused on the your hope, faith, and love to heal myself. It will take time and realizations
