I came across this whilst looking for ways to motivate my partner to be more responsible and active in our business. I dont think I quite believe in the AM and FAM concepts as I think we can both be both to an extent dependant on circumstance...
I just think I have the ability to look beyond the hard work to success where my partner tends to focus on todays task.
His behavior oftens rubs off me bringing us both down. I want to know how to do the same to him when I gather momentum again?
