Thank you for your comment. I think we're basically on the same page. All aspects of a relationship need to be addressed and examined in order to fully understand what happened, what didn't work out and why it didn't, and to gain insight about the part played by both parties, not just the wronged party. I believe that it's important to emphasize strenghths and positivity so that the individual is able to move forward unencumbered, without anger and bitterness. The more resolved a person is, the more he/she is able to embrace a new relationship without bringing unnecessary baggage along.
