Experts suggest ways to correct habits that keep us from resting well

It is normal to try and show your ex-spouse in a bad light, especially if they were involved in an affair or abandonment, but doing so will only cause your children to think poorly about you...not them.
As hard as it is, your children will have to learn about the bad behavior on their own. Whether it's because the ex-spouse breaks promises to the child or a "concerned" family member decided to inform the child of the faults of the other parent.
By keeping your own mouth shut, you take the high road. Your kids will appreciate that in later life, when they are adults and recognize graceful behavior.
