Oh my gosh, my mother was a textbook narcisst. 95% of what I read was her. My mother would not ask strangers where things were but she would not stand in line to get her produce weighed. One time I told her to and she said "I just take it up to the register and told tell them I forgot." Then of course that would be followed by her laugh. UGH
