Have you done experiments to rule out environmental illnesses?
Gotten out of your home environment, for example? I did this recently for a chronic bleary state I have, and it went away in a motel, which right away rules out many causes including CFS.
Or have you tried a hypoallergenic elimination diet? I've felt generally out of it and bad from food sensitivities - I probably have celiac disease which causes "leaky gut" and makes people develop reactions to foods besides gluten grains.
There are so many possible causes for feeling generally sick and fatigued, I don't know how anyone can settle on CFS as the cause.
