My husband and I raised 6 kids (total 8 years apart) (multiple sets of twins) and I found that I always had a choice when I became overwhelmed by the little bodies that would often surround me so tightly, doing such crazy things: I could cry, yell.... or I could laugh and laughter always felt so much better, both for me and for the children.
I salute laughter!
