Why are so many people drawn to conspiracy theories in times of crisis?

I'm not sure what to make of this, but I'm in agreement whatever anyone wants to name it.
I've researched it to death and this is the best I can come up with.
I feel stronger, more alive, younger, vibrant.
You give me hope that this isn't going to end any time soon. I love it. It can be troublesome a bit, but I can think of a whole lot of worse things that can happen to a person.
I'd go to a doctor, but I want no cure. All they can do is test and give it a diagnosis. May I read your blog?
We are in the definite minority according to my survey of friends and statistics, but we're so lucky.
