I don't believe only white men stereotype. It seems to me that only white people are stereotyped as racist and only men are stereotyped as sexist but I think that's largely due to institutional racism and institutional sexism. I think there can be reverse racism and reverse sexism but not institutionally and so therefore, it doesn't have as great an impact as institutionalised racism and sexism. But I completely agree that to make things better we need to stop stereotyping each other.
