Values are what bring distinction to your life. You don't find them, you choose them. And when you do, you're on the path to fulfillment.

I was taught misandry by example from my mother. Media and personal experiences did nothing to encourage me to feel otherwise despite logically knowing it could not be right. For years I could not understand why my relationships ended with my mental and emotional abuse if my male partners, I even wondered if I could be a lesbian despite having no attraction to females. It was when my daughter and son both questioned their sexualities I looked deeper and realised my son didn't want to be a stupid weak man and my daughter didn't want one as a lover. It took 10 minutes reading the above article for all to become clear and I shall endeavour to spend the rest of my life putting right my children's and my own misconceptions and spread it as far as I in my own little way can. Thank you for opening my eyes, ears and mind.
