It is as though these two "experts" (the article's author and Zur) have no idea what the FACTS are surrounding domestic violence, including one you mention: abuse victims face their highest risk of DEATH when they attempt to leave their abusers. These guys sound very self-righteous and totally burned out. Maybe go fishing? But DO NOT justify victim-blaming by complaining about the very subjects of VICTIM BLAMING.
Couples often confuse the two.
In proximity to a contemptuous person or blog post, you could get infected.
Develop the former, embrace the latter.
