Why are so many people drawn to conspiracy theories in times of crisis?

5 minutes may be better than no exercise but without at least 20 minutes of hard interval training, with weights, I don't feel as good or sleep as well. For those aspiring to achieve optimal health, 5 minutes just doesn't cut it.
However I do agree that running oneself ragged on a tread mill for an hour is counter-productive. Let's not create a false dichotomy between over-kill and insufficiency.
