I am currently a student in high school and I know what you mean. Every year, the school asks us for our career plans and goals that they pretty much force students to fill out in a worksheet. I have annoying time of filling out these career ideas that are supposedly to help you to come up with careers to focus on for I already have a career in my mind. My favorite one is forcing a long list of Graduation requirements that not one of the teachers even know about.

Also, I would add that schools and technology is kill creativity and socialization skills that students need to gain learn and apply to daily life. It is becoming a boot camp in controlling what is proper and that isn't peace of mind. Literally only very few students nowadays, like three to four out of 20 or more, participate in classes. If anything our society is limiting our education by never allowing creativity to flourish or grow. We need the world to accept that WE HAVE A RIGHT TO DETERMINED WHAT OUR EDUCATION SHOULD BE and not have more punishments such as more Graduation Requirements added on.

How can one grow when one is being forced into a generic shape unsuitable for one to grow into their whole being? Such similarities are being represented in the books of this era that are made for young readers.

To have a right. To have shape. To live...

To not have say. To be forced into a generic shape. To be forced be slave or in this age a robot (it literally means a slave)...

A slave to our age of material wealth...
