I had once thought that becoming a teacher was all I wanted, then I looked long and hard regarding the teachers I had in highschool and college and knew that wasn't where I wanted to be for the specific reason of restricted learning.
Hopefully when my kids children and any other of the future generations go to school, it will be to understand that learning can be fun and fun can be beneficial.
I was absolutely appalled that my 16 year old daughter has to learn the same boring crap I learned when I was in school. It is time for a change!
