Hi there, i suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder and intrusive thoughts. These thoughts are violent and very distressing. They have destroyed my quality of life. I have suffered from these thoughts for many years. I was seriously thinking of taking up mindfulness to help me with these intrusive thoughts. Will mindfulness work for OCD/intrusive thoughts?
