i have had the same experiences, the other day i was taking my schools psat (practice SATs) and in the middle of it i stopped for i moment and then a kid next to me said uh im going to sleep and the quiz answers looked so familiar and a girl next to me had on sweat pants that looked odly familiar but never seen. i realized i had dreamed having deja vu about this LAST MONTH and now i was living it, it was like double deja vu i couldnt believe it. i have frequent deja vu (at leatst once most months out of the year) and decieded to research deja vu and some of the theories and stories of deja vu were not as intense as mine but your case seems similiar to mine and I too want answers
