Odd.I experience deja vu at least a few times a year ( same thing --- exact conversations and backgrounds ) and have twice actually jumped in and uttered the other person's response verbatim as they were saying it. I am no conspiracy theorist, but I think it is a bit more than familiar memories.
As a side note, I dream vividly and intensely most nights and often lucid dream ( know I am dreaming and can control it ). I have visit the same city in my dreams repeatedly and visit the same coffee shops and stores. I dream right down to the very fine details of items and tastes and smells. Amazing, but exhausting.
