Thank you for your piece regarding the six micro-organisms Willy Burgdorfer said he found in the famous Shelter Island batch of ticks.

Borrelia burgdorferi, agent of Lyme, is now world-famous, and the worms have been in the public domain since the 1980s (though no further research was ever done on them, as far as I'm aware).

What were the other four microbes?
