I was in the same situation 8 years ago when my abusive marriage ended. I was fat, exhausted, lacked confidence and was always tearful and miserable. Firstly, I started on daily green smoothies for breakfast - (lots of recipes on the internet) - amazing results after a week, including healthy weight loss, glowing skin and lots of energy (I'm almost 60 and my energy levels are great). Secondly, look at the people you associate with - begin moving away from toxic people - "users" and so-called friends who take, take, take and constantly moan and criticise. As you associate, you become. As your health improves you will ATTRACT new friends who have your greater good at heart. It begins with nutrition and then it's a new path from there. It worked for me - I am transformed and enjoying every day.
