I agree with all of these. Don't see myself accomplishing 10 of them. There has been times when it is good to please people. So I have my work cut out. Pity is its own reward, sadly. I wasn't going to use substances, food or sex to feel better so I engaged in useless pity. When I read I could get off the pity pot, I sat on the floor, wrote a story and started playing music and dancing. I heard the "teacher", so I learned. N:ot having fear, that's a good one. Fear has protected me greatly and has also held me back mercilessly.

Happiness is less about circumstances and more about mindset.
