Isn't this all just a lack of respect? These suggestions feel a bit like I'm catering to my children. Plus my issues aren't only not listening but flat out talking back and being rude to me. Complete lack of respect...and I'm sure it's my fault but if someone has a speech that has somehow worked with their kids, a quick fix that doesn't necessitate weeks of fighting and explaining why would be much appreciated. Why? Because I'm your mother and you should respect me and not make me punish you every half hour.
