Personally I think being able to do things without being shy, termed as "Psychopath" by you, will help an individual achieve a large chunk of success than the person who is shy. As you mentioned this person are risk taker and as they take lots of risk they ought to reap more . Because many times in life we loose opportunities because we thought too much about it and we end up being shy and started thinking what other will think if I do this.
