I can't control my self if I heard or see things that I'm not agree or happy with it... I keep shouting when conversations become very deep. Then I end up screaming and get angry..I can't control my mouth and then I started to swear...I don't like it and I regret it afterwards... then I apologise if a person told me off..and realise I was wrong..please what best to bo when my emotions and if I don't feel happy of what they said... I am very upset to my self and my brain is quick to judge..
