I just stopped smoking weed 2 weeks ago after 8 years of daily use. 90% of the time I only smoked a little at night to fall asleep and a little during the night to fall asleep. I started having some serious anxiety about a year ago and finally decided it was because of all the negative thinking weed gave me. I'm feeling somewhat better but still have tons of anxiety and have lost a bunch of weight probably due to the anxiety and not being able to sleep. I think if you start in with the weed you may just be opening a whole new can of worms. Everyone is different, but if you were experiencing feelings of paranoia when you tried it, that may just make things spiral.
