What's worse is that when this doesn't happen and the girls are all grown up, unaware they "should" be "girly," they are consistently disparraged for being a bitch, not being sweet enough to land a man, etc. I've literally never seen a pink or blue car seat/stroller, blankets have been unisex since at least the mid 90's, and I decorated my daughter's room in a blue classic nursery rhymes theme before I had any idea of her sex.
