that by the time a child get into college, his parents or teachers would recognize if he or she had a learning disability at least... if not, the college admissions would catch it. you'd think, but no.. now 11% of students fit this criteria according to this article. That significantly decreases the value of a degree, on top of the tuition, room and board, meal plans, books, AND the interest rate thats somewhere between 5-10%, you wonder why the results are the way they are... im not surprised at all, whatsoever.
