An excellent article Janice, and it clearly illustrates the understanding and knowledge that is required in bullying situations. Bullying is both a psychological, sociological and anthropological phenomena and investigators need this background to be able to fully explore and understand the bully in the workplace and school situations. Without this knowledge the wrong approach and wrong questions pursued, hence bullies are allowed to continue to wreak havoc.
