And when triggers arevimpossible to avoid?what to do?
For.example I ruminate a lot related with my past when i heard or see about football soccer. This is everywhere and i have even flasbacks , intrusive toughts and rumination.
What to do when is impossible to avoid the trigger?
this is bad luck because if it would be tennis or voleyball u could for example you could live a normal live, but not with a topic thats everywhere. For me it works as a trauma.
I already lost jobs and friends because of that.
please replie me. Thanks
