I have difficulty waking up early, although every night I set out to do just that... so now I will simply time my sleep schedule to get in at least 3-90 minute sleep cycles and see if that helps me with waking up a bit earlier... or maybe just setting alarms that are varying times later to allow myself to finish up some deep sleep.
